Return and Exchange Policy

At SAGR, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Acceptable cases for exchange or return:

Incorrect color or size (i.e., any difference between what was ordered and what was actually received).

Manufacturing defect or tear (damage) in the suit fabric that appears upon receipt or within the 14-day period.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Please attach clear photos of the product showing the issue (color/size or tear/defect) when contacting us to expedite the review process.

How to Request an Exchange or Return:

Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse or after normal use of the product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if the error is not on our part), unless the error is on the part of the store.
